I have been advised by your customer service reps yesterday and the answer seems more logical than the previous one but justification given is still somewhat lack of homework.
The justifications given to me are:
1. my area is on the other side of the highway and a delivery guy might take a u-turn to deliver. Pls take note u cannot access to U12 from any highways although the location is adjacent to highway. The only access road is through Section 7 via Jalan Kristal 7/41.
2. the area is not fully developed. Pls be advised that this area of U12 has 2 housing area consists of Taman Cahaya Alam and Desa Alam. We have in total 300+ d/storey houses.
I moved in to Section U12 since 31st July 2007. After 3 month (around november 2007) McD and Pizza Hut already able to carry out delivery service to our area. Please take note they are operating at Section 9, Shah Alam in the same area of your Domino Section 9, which is just 4km away, and need no u-turn to go to Section U12.
I once made order online a year ago and being refused. So what i expect after 2 years is a coverage of service. But the answer that i got yesterday is rather excuses than real findings.
You cannot service client better just by clicking mouse or sitting in the comfort of air-conditioned office. For me it is just by making a phone call to Domino section 9 and ask any despatch to go to U12.
I am pretty sure the people on the “hands on” knows better that U12 is so near to Section 9. IT IS NOT OUT OF YOUR 30 MINUTES DELIVERY AREA!
Well, that’s a wrap up from me. You will not hear from me anymore.
